It is a long time since I was last at Fintray, and always stayed at B & B's in the past.
Presumably camping at Fintray is allowed. If so, is it possible to get a decent sized motorhome with trailer in ? - I seem to remember it was fairly tight, but cannot recall where on the site any motorhomes were placed.
Any advice appreciated - the obvious "stay in a B & B" does not work with wife, child and dogs !! |

Yes, the landowner is extremely insistent that no-one stay overnight .
It will say so in the SRs or Finals for the meeting. |

Folks, the Smiths have sold their farm so no camping available now at Fintray. There ia a caravan/camping site at Kintore which is only 4 miles away.
The landowner at the track is adamant that there is no camping on site.

| Plenty of grass verges in the area - does not seem to stop the Diddies parking up and spreading their washing on the hedge..... |

Len,
You know where you (and Mary and Dan) can stay ... and I'll only charge £16.50!
Only stipulation is that one of you will have to stay up drinking with me ... I guess that's Dan then.
Seriously, give me a shout if you want. We'd be delighted to have you ... and I can get some tips on "nodding".
Cheers,
Eric |
